wow, its been a while since I've really wrote an entry. I guess I just don't have much time these days. Always doing something.
This weekend we took the boat out on the sound. My friend Jen came with us. We were just gonna go put put around and play, but we decided it would be fun to drive the boat to Kingston. So we parked in Kingston and had dinner. It was great, the restaurant didnt even card. We sat on the bow of the boat and just enjoyed the sunshine.
So...i have this car for sale if anyone is interested
it is a 1996 Ford Explorer 2 dr. It is in good shape inside and out. Only a few scratches. The interior is immaculate. In fact it was recently detailed. I got a good deal on it, but i've now decided that Id rather have a jet ski, so imma sell it to get a jet ski :) So yeah. its a 1996 Ford explorer, looks great, 114,000 miles on it. I'm asking what I paid for it which is $4500

This past weekend was fun. Last minute I decided to have a B-B-Q, which turned out to be a Beer-B-Q. It was fun. Everyone brought their drink of choice, we had hamburgers, Anthony played geetar for us all, and we requested songs, and sang along. There was even this one girl who got topless in the hot tub. Now you can't beat a lesbian beer-b-q where there are topless girls, and burgers. ahh, it was fun. Tiffy got a lil sicky. Hah, she drank a lil to much, and well Jen couldnt make it home. She had to stop in mill creek to crash at a friends house.
I invented a new drink. Its the Kristen. MmMmM it was good.
and that was the hightlight of my weekend.

I'm back from La Canad-ia. It was fun. Got there at like 1:15pm on Saturday. We checked in our hotel and went n browsed around downtown Vancouver. When we were driving in the city we passed this huge thing that said "Paramount Pictures" on it. So I was like "THEY ARE SHOOTING A MOVIE" so i convinced everyone we should walk to where we saw the van thingy. So we did and followed the huge ass power cords down these stairs across this fountain and down into this weird basement type thing. The cords went into this door, and guess what was near the door? A huge sign that set "SET" and had an arrow pointing inside. Jen and April totally went inside the building and went and checked it out. They are crack heads.
So after that we just goofed off, went to Virgin Records, did some other browsing. Then we went to the el Liquor store and bought some alki goodness. And then to 7-11 to get munchies and juice to mix with our boos. Jen and Kela were fighting by the time we got back to the hotel. SO April and I went to our room (Our rooms had a cute lil ajoining door) so we locked it and shut them out and had sex for like ever. Then I showered while April slept. And then woke her up.
We were all supposed to go eat, but low and behold. Jen and Kela were fighting so they didnt want to go. So April and I got dressed and went downstairs to the restaurant, it was closed. But the sports bar was open. We ordered some chicken strips and fries, played pool, and decided to get a few drinks before we went out.
Then we called Jen and Kela's room and told them to come down, so they did. And we all shot pool, and Jen bought us a round of drinks. I got a Long Island that was like WAYYYYYYYYYYY to tequilla-y. I gave it to kela after i drank half of it twice! (I had her put more coke in it cuz it was way to strong).
Then we were off to this club where there was this girl 4 girl party. It was pretty fun. April and I went to dance and i saw this girl on the dance floor. I'm like that looks like Shey. And then I was like, hmm, but maybe it isn't....but then I was like Yeah thats deffinetly Shey. So later in the night I went n said hi to her. HOw random was that?
Then I drank more. HEre is a list of what I drank for the night.
A cozmo (at the sports bar) Half a LOng island (at the sports bar) Rum and Cranberry juice (in our hotel room) A shot of vodka (at the club) 4 1/2 long islands (at the club) A redbull and Vodka (at the club) Some mango thing that was like all vodka (at the club)
So i had a pretty good buzz for like 20 minutes, then it went away. I was so sad that my tolerance for alki is so high. It sucked. We stayed at the club for like 3 hours..
Jen and Kela stayed for 2 1/2 they fought and left to "have a talk".
April and I went back to the hotel but decided tthat the casino sounded fun. So we went downstairs. April won $20 bucks on blackjack. Then we went upstairs. And hmmmm...."slept"
Then Sunday we woke up and went back to the casino. Didn't win that time, lol, but I started with $10 and at one point had $40. I should have stopped then, but oh well. So yeah then we went to Red Robin and ate and went shopping (Jen and Kela had already left for the states). So we bought these super cute matching snowboard jackets for $40. They were having this huge sale.
Then we came home. We stopped in bellingham and saw Heather :). That was fun. We went out to dinner with her and her girlfriend Kristy. They are super cute together. Kristy was way nice. Heathers moving to Seattle this summer and she said she was gonna take me to the Rose to meet some mullet haired women. Wow...thats like...my dream!
Okay i really ought to go, I have 2 hours to finish this homework assignment.

Hollywood Records/Essex Girl recording artist Sheila Nicholls bought a school bus the other day. She found it on E-bay. She flew from her home in Echo Park, California to Chicago and drove it all the way back, where she started converting it into the Chicks in Arms tour bus.
Chicks In Arms, an amalgam of cultural, artistic, and aesthetic femininity, started in 1998 when Ms. Nicholls sought to give a voice to the sisterhood that she believes can be born through art. So far there have been eight shows, all in Los Angeles, each providing powerful performance opportunities for women in diverse art. Songwriters, puppeteers, poets, painters, dancers, DJ’s and filmmakers, have all taken part. The proceeds from the shows have been donated to causes such as the Zapatistas, the medical marijuana campaign, Doctors Without Borders and other organizations.
Now Chicks in Arms is traveling to six cities on the west coast, creating a unique show in each town, combining the women on the bus with some amazing local performers. A special non-profit organization has been chosen in each city to receive all of the proceeds from the show. Everyone involved with the tour is donating their time so that these women can gain some exposure and that money and attention can be given to good local causes.
Chicks in Arms Seattle will feature Miss Indigo Blue from the queer cabaret group BurlyQ, the queer dance group Queen Bees, the seductive hip hop of Portland’s Siren’s Echo and bass and drums chick duo Sideways.
Chicks in Arms is the face of feminine social and artistic awareness, and a source of true strength for men and women in a turbulent time. Coming from Essex county England, Sheila found the myriad voices in Los Angeles something welcome and distinct from the English farms, and pubs of her youth, as she always says, "People hear of where I grew up and say, ‘oh, your mum runs a pub? English country roads? Sounds so quaint.’ Its pretty dismal and homogeneous, actually,"
Sheila’s reaction to the highly charged competitive commercial environment in which she lives has yielded a somewhat different approach to gathering participants.
"It is important that we experience what it’s like to share our work with each other, not primarily from "what can I get out of this and how much will I get paid" , but with an attitude of service. I ask women to approach this as a full experience offering themselves in community and equality not just at the shows but on the bus and all times in between I look for women who already consider themselves to be activists, and to look at the tour as an extension of their activist experience and to hold the intention that in doing so provides a pallet for the art of growth"
April 17 Eugene, OR WOW Hall April 18 Seattle, WA The Vera Project April 19 Portland, OR Nocturnal April 25 Sacramento, CA YWCA April 26 Santa Cruz, CA Union Street April 27 Oakland, CA Chapman Warehouse
